About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Engagement Manager (Director/ Sr Director) for our Houston Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a technical liaison between prospects, clients, digital engineering teams and management.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client needs, goals, and pain points
Develop and execute client engagement strategies
Account Management:
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Partner with sales teams to identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell services
Partner with sales teams to Develop and manage account plans
Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as primary point of contact for clients
Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, support)
Thought Leadership and Innovation:
Bring the latest industry trends and thought leadership to the table for the client.
Enable ideation and come up with the next set of ideas to improve maturity or progress
