Job Description:

• Experience with test fixture design, testing of oil and gas tools
• Design and develop test fixtures for downhole tools, ensuring compatibility with various testing protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, and testing) to identify testing requirements.
• Create detailed designs, prototypes, and testing plans for test fixtures.
• Conduct structural and thermal analysis to validate design performance.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (API, ISO, etc.) and company regulations.
• Troubleshoot testing issues and optimize test fixture designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in test fixture design and testing.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience of test fixture design, testing of oil and gas tools
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for design and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
