Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of heavy civil and industrial projects
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
Experience Needed:
5+ years of experience in project management within the heavy civil or industrial sectors
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality assurance practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software
