Position Overview:

We're on the hunt for a talented Project Manager who has a strong background in medical device implementation, vendor management, and on-site network deployment. If you've got a knack for hardware/software project delivery and budget management, especially in a startup setting we'd love to meet you! You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our client's projects are executed flawlessly and on time, all while keeping our clients happy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the charge in developing and executing project plans for medical device implementations. Ensure everything stays on track and within budget.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, keeping an eye on expenses and forecasting needs. Ensure financials are in check and report on any variances.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors. Handle contracts, coordinate deliverables, and ensure everything meets our high standards.

Network Deployment: Supervise the deployment of network infrastructure for medical devices. Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth and effective integration.

Team Management: Guide and support our cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and field technicians. Foster a collaborative and productive environment.

Customer Interaction: Be the main point of contact for our customers throughout the project. Address their needs, resolve issues, and ensure they're delighted with our service.

Risk Management: Spot potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Quickly address any issues to keep the project moving forward.

Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of project plans, status updates, and post-implementation reviews. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement and best practices.

Startup Experience: Utilize your experience in startups to adapt quickly, drive innovation, and foster a resilient and agile team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 5 years in project management within the medical device industry, with expertise in implementation, vendor management, network deployment, and budget management. Startup experience is a plus!
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.

Skills:

- Proven track record in managing both software and hardware development teams.

- Strong grasp of medical device regulations and compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, etc)

- Ability to manage project budgets effectively.

- Adaptability and problem-solving skills from a startup background.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with elder care products and solutions.

- Familiarity with radar monitoring technology in medical devices.
