Electrical/Systems Development Engineers, Battery Development -

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in high-voltage electrical systems, battery technologies, and power conversion, with a proven ability to drive innovative solutions from concept through implementation. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that battery systems meet all performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and integration of battery systems, including:
System architecture, requirements, and functions
System integration and validation
Safety design and compliance with applicable standards
Analysis reviews and technical documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to manage system design, development timelines, and project milestones.
Oversee the development of both high-voltage and low-voltage battery systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Conduct testing and validation of battery systems to meet safety and regulatory standards.
Ensure smooth integration of battery systems into overall project infrastructure and work with other engineering disciplines to achieve project goals.
Required Skillset:
6+ years of experience in electrical system design and development, particularly in battery systems.
Strong knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical power systems, power conversion, and battery technologies (e.g., lithium-ion batteries).
Experience in developing and integrating battery systems for large-scale projects.
Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion, including supplier management and milestone tracking.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
