BioTalent is partnered with a medical device component manufacturer focusing on high-level plastic injection molded products to hire a Quality Assurance lead to join their Marlborough Site. The ideal candidate will have both Plastic Injection Molding and ISO 13485 experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all quality department activities across the organization.
Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with the quality system.
Develop and implement quality metrics to track performance at various manufacturing stages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
Train and mentor inspectors, quality technicians, and quality engineers.
Ensure adherence to all established quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven quality assurance experience, within the plastic injection molding or related industries.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
Familiarity with quality management software and tools.
