DeepRec.ai seeks a dedicated Principal level Machine Learning Scientist specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), to join our client's innovative team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This team are on a mission to transform mental health and well-being with AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop ML tools modeling psychological phenomena.
Run experiments on LLM-based multi-agent systems.
Use real-world data to fine-tune agent behavior.
Build an efficient data pipeline for product scalability.
Test techniques to enhance platform performance.
Collaborate with the team to improve KPIs and integrate the platform.
Present findings to diverse teams.
Qualifications:
PhD in ML, computer science, or related field.
Strong publications in deep learning and LLMs.
3+ years of industry experience.
Proficient in Python and ML libraries.
Team-oriented with excellent communication.
Leadership experience preferred.
Preferred: Background in cognitive psychology.
