Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of hands-on experience in a management role within the chemical manufacturing industry, specializing in Process Control/Automation.
Proven track record in managing budgets and P&Ls for engineering projects within the chemical space.
Demonstrated experience in building and mentoring automation teams, fostering leadership development.
