Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Director of Quality Operations to help improve manufacturing quality assurance for one of their major facilities. This is an on-site position based in Houston TX. Relocation assistance can be provided.

Day to day you will:

• Set up and streamline lot release processes, improve speed of batch release
• Lead floor quality with everything from manufacturing through labeling

You should apply if you have:

• Extensive floor based quality assurance experience in pharma/biotech industry
• 10+ years of leadership experience or previous experience working at Director+ level
• 5+ years of Sterile manufacturing experience with some fill/finish experience
• Experience in high growth companies
