Job Description:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide guidance and input to the achievement and development of plant goals, objectives, and operational

targets.
• Work to continuously improve site performance via processes, procedures, etc.
• Develop and oversee control systems, guiding shift teams use and expertise.
• Participate in production planning and scheduling.
• Lead continuous shift teams Quality process education and training.
• Assist in managing raw materials and process chemicals consumption.
• Develop process improvement plans and projects and oversee their implementation.
• Develop lead operators into potential shift supervisors.
• Develop and guide operating staff on processing Quality requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

As Manufacturing Process Engineer, this individual demonstrates critical competencies in four broad categories: commitment to results, business savvy, leading change, and motivating.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Process Engineer or Process Supervisor in a chemical manufacturing plant

is required.
• Prefer 5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.
• 3+ years experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Previous experience and familiarity with batch chemical processing systems is preferred.
• Priority work culture prioritizing safety and environmental environment.
• Previous experience in an experienced role dealing with operating chemical process having Quality demands.
• High degree of awareness and sensitivities to control of process production variables.
• Highly self-motivated, having strong negotiation and communication skills, oral & written;
• Ability and desire to work in a multi-cultural environment with high spirit, entrepreneurial

team values.
• Must reside within 40 minutes of Newnan site. No relocation package offered at this time. Must be US citizen,

current full-time resident in the US.
