Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive to client sites and provide general IT support to various customers and locations, including retailers and banks.
Perform break-fix tasks, including hardware repair and installation (IMAC) calls.
Support clients with troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within a 4 to 6-hour window.
Efficiently route and manage a dynamic schedule, adapting to changing priorities and locations.
Hands-on hardware repair experience (printers, PCs, POS systems, etc.), with a focus on break-fix solutions. Familiarity with ticketing systems for tracking and managing technical support requests.
A+ certification is beneficial but not required. Lexmark certification and experience preferred, though not necessary.
Experience with laser printer break-fix and equipment installs is a plus.
Knowledge of HP, Dell, and Lenovo products is desirable but not mandatory.
Driving and Location:
Extensive driving required, with potential for longer distances.
Mileage is compensated.
