We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to provide high-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Oversee and organize email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
Prepare, submit, and track expense reports for executives
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information
Utilize Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.) to manage day-to-day tasks and communication
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a focus on calendar management, travel logistics, and email management
Proficiency in Google Workspace is a must
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to start on September 20, 2024
