Salary: $400,000.00 USD Annually - $600,000.00 USD Annually

Description: CFO (Must have Crypto/Blockchain experience)



The CFO will be a pivotal strategic partner to the executive team, overseeing the accounting, finance, and FP&A functions. This role demands a leader who can provide financial insights and drive business performance, ensuring the company's financial health in a rapidly evolving market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, tokens, and options trading, and be adept at leading financial operations and strategy in a web3 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and industry trends.


• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to guide critical business decisions.


• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, including FP&A, financial reporting, tax, audit, and treasury functions.


• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.


• Monitor and manage liquidity, working capital, and capital expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.


• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to crypto-specific financial regulations and reporting requirements.


• Lead initiatives around tokens, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain assets, including financial modeling and reporting.


• Manage risk and compliance related to cryptocurrency transactions and implement best practices in crypto finance and accounting.


• Oversee market-making and listing activities, ensuring effective risk management and strategy execution in alignment with business objectives.


• Engage with investors, partners, and stakeholders to communicate the company's financial performance and strategy.


• Support capital raising initiatives, including equity and debt financing, and explore new funding avenues in the crypto space.


• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and technology to support scale and operational efficiency.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO or similar), ideally within the crypto or blockchain industry.


• Strong knowledge of crypto markets, blockchain technology, and tokens.


• Experience with market-making and managing related financial risks.


• Deep expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, and treasury management.


• Proven ability to lead finance teams through periods of growth and scale, ideally in a high-growth tech or crypto environment.


• Experience working with stakeholders, including investors and board members, and presenting financial performance and strategic plans.


• Excellent understanding of financial regulations, particularly in the crypto space.


• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as an MBA or CPA, is preferred.


• Experience with DeFi, NFT platforms, and other web3 financial ecosystems.


• Familiarity with fundraising strategies in the crypto industry, including token sales, ICOs, and equity financing.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Self-motivated, with a stellar work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
