Client in Los Angeles is seeking an Executive Assistant to work onsite


Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: In Office
Hours: M-F 9am-6pm
Parking Details: parking is provided
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Pay: $30/hr-$40/hr
Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire


Job Description: Dedicated Executive Assistant needed for high level executive. The Assistant should be proactive and detail oriented. This role manages the office for a busy C-suite executive and lawyer. The candidate must be comfortable working with individuals in a variety of roles both within and outside of the company.


Highlights:
* 5+ years of true EA experience
* Great communication skills both written and verbal - will be handling correspondence internally and externally
* Strong background working with several lines of business as a liaison for high level executives. Will work with Legal department, CTO, and CHRO
* Heavy calendaring and scheduling
* Prepare daily "To-Do" Lists in addition to managing follow-up files
* Domestic and International travel planning - handle all logistics from ride pickups, flight booking, room accommodations, etc.
* E-Filing - will be working with legal department and have some responsibilities filing legal documents
* Expense reports - ideally experienced in Concur


Qualifications:
* BA/BS from an accredited 4-year University or College
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Internet
* 5+ years of relevant executive assistant experience
