Role Overview:

Linstol is seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, Global to join our team. This role is critical to driving business growth and brand visibility through the development and management of strategic partnerships. In collaboration with the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with global brands, negotiating impactful partnership deals, and ensuring these partnerships align with Linstol's overarching brand strategy. As a key leader, you will work closely with cross-functional partners, driving collaborations that contribute to our mission of enhancing the passenger experience.

This role will require a blend of creative thinking and strong business acumen as you identify new partnership and licensing opportunities, develop co-branded initiatives, and collaborate on marketing activations. You will be instrumental in crafting strategies that expand our market presence while ensuring all partnerships reflect the quality and integrity of Linstol's brand.

This role has a global scope and, whilst a location connected to one of Linstol's main offices in the US, UK or Hong Kong is preferred, all options will be considered on the candidate's merits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage strategic brand partnerships that align with Linstol's business objectives and growth strategy.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, global brands, and key stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Support sales team in developing new business opportunities through collaborations, co-branded initiatives, and innovative partnerships.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure partnerships align with Linstol's brand values, mission, and strategic goals, and deliver mutual value to airline partners.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations and ensure successful execution of partnership agreements.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial, and design & product development teams to ensure successful development and activation of partnerships.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a related role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships that drive revenue and brand growth.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand dynamics and market trends.
  • Experience in global markets and understanding of the airline industry is a plus.
