LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Wellesley, is seeking an experienced Probate Estate Administrator to join their team.
This position offers a hybrid schedule.
Experience filing Estate tax returns for large estates is required.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with all aspects of probate and estate administration
Preparing federal and state estate tax returns, court documents, correspondence, and filings
Communicating with clients
Drafting petitions and settlements of accounts
Requirements:
5+ years of recent Trusts & Estates including extensive probate experience
Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Client service skills
