Hours: M-F 6 AM to 2 PM, or 7-3pm core hours but should be flexible
Responsibilities
3 sites you will be expected to travel between (All within 5 mins of each other)
Constructions on site at moment - checking in with constructions.
Coordinating vendors
Answering work orders
Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities
Qualifications
5+ years
HS diploma
Excellent social skills, including oral and written communications.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
License and trade experience preferred, not required
