Our mission-obsessed, creatively curious, and collaborative team is looking for a Sales Development Rep to propel Woden's growth and generate new business.
What You'll Do
Generate new business for Woden. You'll work with the business development team to engage with prospective clients, learn about business pain points, and get them partnered up with Woden to solve their challenges through strategic narrative:
Nurture warm leads with relationship-driven and consultative approach
Prospect outreach, including a mix of cold calling, email, Linkedin, and warm outreach methods
Manage all sales funnel accounts in Hubspot
Create and send short business analysis videos to warm leads
Conduct introductory call meetings and help prep for analysis/demo calls
Interface with and discuss Woden and the value of strategic narrative with founders and C-level executives
Collaborate cross-functionally with members of the creative team to generate new opportunities, approaches, and awareness among prospective clients in all stages of sales funnel
Qualifications
18-24 months as an SDR, BDR, or in an inside sales position
Ability to understand complex products and services, and articulate their value to prospective clients
Not intimidated by cold outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and enjoys starting new conversations
B2B experience a plus
You can confidently speak to C-Suite executives to solve business problems and build trust
You pay meticulous attention to detail
Experience using HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, dialers, and other sales tools
College degree or some college experience
Passionate about your own career development, utilizing the support, training, and coaching provided to develop your sales and client relationship skills
You're a people person with a great attitude
You can juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities
Excellent communication skills and natural ability to tell stories
You're interested in business and transforming companies to be seen as essential
Team player who can be self-directed and independently hungry for growth
Strong work ethic, ability to manage competing priorities, and problem-solving skills
