RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Receptionist Floater in Los Angeles, CA.

Examples of Duties:

• With care and empathy, the Receptionist Floater will answer a high-volume of calls and in-person requests from individuals seeking legal assistance


• Assess potential clients' eligibility for legal services and connect every individual with appropriate resources and information


• Input client information into online case management systems timely and accurately, and properly document all client and visitor interactions


• As a Receptionist Floater, you will communicate effectively via email, Microsoft Teams, and case notes with clients, colleagues, and partner agencies


• Perform other clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years minimum of experience as a receptionist or similar front-desk representative required


• Must be able and willing to travel to the company's five community offices near downtown (Pico-Union), South Los Angeles, East Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Santa Monica


• Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills with the proven ability to relate to diverse individuals with respect and humility on a consistent basis


• Strong time management skills and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail


• Proficiency in keeping accurate and timely records and documentation


• Prior experience working with people who are in high stress situations is helpful


• Understanding of and commitment to the company's community-driven missions and priorities


• Bilingual in Spanish required


• This position must have reliable transportation and be able to drive where needed amongst the client's 5 offices (DTLA, East LA, South LA, Long Beach, Santa Monica); The client would pay for mileage from the DTLA location to whatever location the role is dispatched to; The schedule is usually known, but if someone calls out sick, this person will need to cover

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
