Job Description:

Part Time Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator


1. Assists in procurement of goods to advance scientific research operations

• 2. Generates Purchase Orders and places orders (as needed). Sends copies of POs to accounting.
  3. Supports vendor onboarding with Finance team.
  4. Receives incoming shipments and verifies items listed on PO match items received. Inspect shipments for damage.
  5. Communicates shipping issues or discrepancies with vendors/suppliers and works to prompt resolution.
  6. Reconciles invoices with POs. Forward invoices to AP mailbox.
