Position Summary:

Provides general clinical support to registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians at the Student Health Center. Performs a wide range of clinical duties that support the care and treatment of medical and/or mental health problems in the student population under the direction of a health care provider.

Conditions of Employment:

• This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.


• Program Graduate, Medical Assistant.


• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).


• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical assisting (typically one year of experience).

Advertised Pay Range:

$32,240 to $41,000 commensurate with experience

All hiring rates are commensurate with relevant experience up to the advertised amount considering internal alignment.
