Job Description:

Salary/Position Classification


  • 15.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

  • Up to 20 hours per week

  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No

  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No


Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they come into the office suite

  • Answer and transfer phone calls from the main TTaDA phone line

  • Monitor the TTaDA department email and respond as appropriate

  • Keep the department calendar up to date

  • Reserve TTaDA and campus meeting spaces as requested

  • Assist with event/room set-up and on-site registration for TTaDA sessions

  • Ensure TTaDA meeting rooms and training rooms are tidy and properly arranged for the day's events

  • Data entry into TTaDA registration systems, including setting up workshop sessions and updating registrations as needed

  • Run reports from various TTaDA registration and database systems

  • Perform periodic reviews of the TTaDA website to ensure links are working and messaging is timely, accurate, and professional

  • Provide closed-captioning transcription of TTaDA video records as requested

  • Assist with duplicating needs for the department

  • Place catering orders and assist with set-up and clean-up as needed

  • Prepare outgoing mailing projects, and sort and distribute incoming mail

  • General administrative support for internal TTaDA staff

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Customer Service experience

  • Experience with Microsoft applications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester

  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
