Key Roles and Responsibilities include:
Monthly expense and headcount reporting.
Publication of results throughout close with summaries to be shared with executives and key partners across the company.
Focus is expense and headcount results, attributions and forecast.
Performs quarterly outlook projections, forecasts and long-term planning.
Contributes to decks and manages agenda for reviews throughout close.
Consolidates inputs on product/segment revenue, volumes, P*Q analysis, product and operations results into various reporting materials.
Supports source files as needed and produces required reporting/decks including simple reporting summaries as well as more complex waterfall comparisons.
Creates ad-hoc analysis, presentations or summaries as needed.
Embraces automation and drive reporting through available tools (PowerBI, AI) whenever possible.
Data modeling where appropriate.
Principal Functional Skills/Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct sophisticated financial analysis.
Detailed, results and deadline oriented.
Advanced Excel skills including the ability to build and maintain financial models and perform financial analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective Presentations and PowerPoint skills.
Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to delve into a problem and understand root cause.
Financial Reporting, Forecasting and Modeling.
Budget and HC Management.
Knowledge of Financial and Accounting Systems [MR2020 / FDW].
SQL / Access and Power BI a plus but not required.
