Cooper River Post Acute is a magnificent 176 bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Mount Pleasant, SC.

We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing department!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all nursing services to ensure the highest standards of resident care.


• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to achieve team goals.


• Collaborate with facility leadership to implement and maintain care plans in compliance with regulations.


• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and staff activities.

Qualifications:

• Active unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of SC


• Previous experience in a nursing leadership role in a post-acute or long-term care setting.


• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
