About the Company: Our Client, a leading manufacturer of consumer product, is in search of a Manufacturing Controller. The incumbent will work a onsite at their Reading, PA plant.
About the Role: To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with cost accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing setting
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices preferred
