Base pay: $21.00-$26.00

JOB SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Senior Director of the HOPE Program the Partners II Data analyst is responsible for monitoring contracts and communication with the seven counties of the NorCal COC, acquiring data from primary and secondary data sources, developing reports, troubleshooting data issues, assisting with data analysis, and data visualization. They will ensure compliance with Partners II program requirements, reporting, and application submissions and data tracking overseen by the Senior Director of the HOPE Program. The Partners II Data Analyst collaborates closely with the seven COC county representatives on Partners II applications, monitors data points and delivers progress updates during meetings, in addition to completing standardized reports. This position will problem solve complex housing issues that impact residents. This position will be involved with the Coordinated Entry and Homeless Management Information system. Additionally, they support strategic planning, development initiatives, and mission-driven events. The position will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of the HOPE Program. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively and work well as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and substantial independent judgement.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in maintaining Partners II program compliance and progress by preparing and reviewing program deliverables,
Collaborates with the Seven COC County Representatives to promote successful program initiative compliance
Works closely with staff at various levels that support HOPE and Enhanced Patient Services organizational priorities.
Develops and manages reports and tracking of programs under the oversight of the Senior Director of the HOPE Program.
Delivers regular updates on data, progress, and outcomes at internal meetings and with key stakeholders.
Works with department leads to prepare and submit accurate and timely reports as required by Partners II program agreements and funding sources.
Supports the planning and execution of mission-driven events that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborates with Housing partners that are part of the NorCal Continuum of Care.
Active participation in the Homeless Management and Information System and Coordinated Entry.
Problem solves complex housing solutions.
Maintains compliance with Housing First Principles.
Maintains compliance with the Partners II Housing program.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Associates Degree or equivalent experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of Cal Aim (Medi-Cal Transformation) would be desirable.
Knowledge of, or experience with HUD is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Housing First principles is desired.
Knowledge of Coordinated Entry System and HMIS is desired.
Knowledge of HOPE Medical Program.
