Judson Group has been retained by a fast growing, fee-only financial planning firm in San Antonio in the search for a Senior Wealth Advisor - CFP. This individual will be providing fiduciary expertise to clients through a passion for service and comprehensive wealth solutions. The ideal candidate will be a CFP and have experience handling client transactions, implementing investment and financial planning recommendations, and participating in or conducting client meetings.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain client relationships.
Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services that collectively evaluate and plan for retirement, estate planning, risk management, insurance needs, tax planning strategies, and cash flow.
Work with client support team to provide an exceptional client experience.
Attend/lead planning meetings with clients and prospects.
Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
Gather client data including financial constraints and goals.
Manage account administration, cashiering, and forms for clients.
Schedule financial planning reviews, implementing as necessary.
Attend networking and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
CFP required.
5+ years of experience with an investment consulting/management firm, family office, or RIA required.
Strong financial planning experience.
Experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software.
Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
