Job Description
The Sr. Director, Revenue Operations - Planning & Insights is a critical role to deliver our next phase of growth. You will drive the strategic and operational planning cadence across the COO organization. You will also drive key deliverables and insights into the COO operating cadence to ensure a high level of operational rigor cascades throughout the business. You will report to the VP of Global Revenue Operations and work closely with the COO leadership team, Revenue Operations leadership team, and other key stakeholders including FP&A, HR, Corporate Strategy, GTM Compensation, and other colleagues across CyberArk.
Lead the strategic and operational planning cadence and process across the COO organization with interlocks with key stakeholders including FP&A, HR, Marketing Operations, and other key stakeholders.
Partner closely with the Field Operations teams across Revenue Operations to ensure a strong connection between GTM strategy and cascaded operational planning.
Develop and optimize the COO operating model with a focus on balancing between revenue growth, revenue retention, and cost of sales.
Drive the operating rhythm for COO initiative formation, ideation, and execution to ensure continued progress against corporate objectives.
Drive key COO organization initiatives including ongoing segmentation transformation, coverage model evolution, and other initiatives as they arise.
Continuously improve and create new inputs into the COO operating cadence. Examples include forecast analytics and reviews, pipeline generation and coverage reviews, performance management inputs and reviews.
Partner with Business Analytics to translate business requirements into actionable and insightful dashboards and analytics to support business needs.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in related roles (e.g., Strategy & Planning, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Analytics)
Deep and broad understanding of GTM strategy and operations inclusive of Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Services, and key interlocks and handoffs with Marketing.
Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear, actionable insights with business impact
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization
Experience managing senior stakeholders within the organization
Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results
Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization

The salary range for this position is $168k - $240k/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
