About the Role

The Pricing and Analytics Manager will supervise the Pricing Analyst and the Business Analyst. The Analytics Manager will work closely with product, sales, and marketing leaders to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. They will ensure data accuracy and consistency by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for pricing and analytics employees to follow.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise analysts.
  • Plan, organize, and direct their team's projects and workload.
  • Manage and optimize processes with comprehensive policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data accuracy in all deliverables by implementing quality control initiatives.
  • Examine, interpret, and effectively communicate results to senior leaders with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine pricing strategies based on growth goals, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
  • Enhance reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools.
  • Support the configuration and management of the proprietary software that provides point-of-sale reporting.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement projects to maximize efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Anticipate future business requirements related to people, technology, and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field of study. Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience. Must have advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with SAP and SAC is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Initiative to undertake self-directed tasks. Familiarity with industrial automation or related technologies is a plus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, salaried position with some overtime required. Standard business days and work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in our Suwanee, GA office. However, a flex work schedule may be available.
