What You'll Do:
Engage with potential loan applicants, answer their questions, and transfer warm leads to the Senior Loan Officers
Fast track with our NMLS training and test prep to ensure you are licensed within 90 days
Learn industry leading scripts to help with transfer success and future Senior Loan Officer sales
Reply to incoming calls from customers including products, services, questions, and complaints
What You'll Need:
A great attitude and coachable mindset! THIS IS A MUST!
A willingness to complete training and obtain your NMLS/MLO/state license.
Desire to grow into a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer role with pay potential of $100K-$400K annually
Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills, plus proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with mortgage programs and loan types is a plus, but we're excited to train the right candidate!
Experience in financial services, real estate, or related fields is helpful but not necessary.
A high school diploma is required
Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
