Our client is a rapidly expanding healthcare services business with corporate offices in southern California. They require an interim FP&A professional to provide analytical business operations support that will inform and guide the executive team. This individual will also be a complement to the existing finance and accounting function, while the company expands its presence in the market.
You will build robust and effective forecasting, planning, analysis and budgeting processes for the business and partner with the executive team and private equity sponsor in designing and developing detailed business models and KPI dashboards. You will be part of a dynamic and highly engaged business culture that is entrepreneurially driven under the aegis of a private equity sponsor.
Your background will ideally include experience in both large corporate enterprises as well as nimble middle market growth companies. You will have an MBA, CPA or other financial designation and have strong analytical skills as well as background experience working with various tools from Excel to Tableau. You will also have exposure to the implementation of financial "best practices" in high performance operating environments where decision-making requires quick access to reliable data and sound analysis.
