Responsibilities:
5 years bank management experience
Must speak Mandarin Chinese
Supervise Operations Department
Monitor and lead Operations Department's activities and rectify any discrepancy found in daily transactions
Report daily funding need to Accounting Department
Execute Fedwire remittances and SWIFT messages
Problem solving on operational issues
Ensure accurate day-end balance for operational parts
Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Account officers, Loan team, Accounting & BSA) on customer inquiry
Ensure BSA compliance
Verify and submit various reports to Head Office
Responsible for operational policy and procedures update
Operations system enhancement
Coordinate with management for operational audit
Qualifications:
4 Year Bachelors
Required Skills:
4 Years as a bank manager
Work well with people
Organized
Excellent communicator
Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytical skills
Knowledge and computer skills in banking system, including Fedwire, SWIFT, Check21, ACH, and other Office Applications
Demonstrate professional attitude and self-motivated
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Communication skill in Chinese is a must
Pay range and compensation package:
$90,000 to $120,000 DOE Excellent Benefits and Comp.
