Korn Ferry has partnered with our client in their search for a Sr. Director of Operations Finance. This position oversees financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial strategy development. This role will guide the finance team, drive financial performance, and support the business unit leaders with strategic decision-making. The Finance Director will ensure the company's financial health through detailed analyses, robust financial models, and insightful reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders to produce comprehensive financial analyses and performance reviews that monitor progress against primary objectives.
Develop and refine financial models to support major initiatives, including new investments and cost optimization strategies
Provide financial guidance and support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field required
MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years of professional experience in finance required.
5+ years in a senior leadership role required
Extensive experience with ERP software platforms such as NetSuite or Hyperion Essbase.
Strong financial modeling, strategic reasoning, and process analysis skills.
Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and data integrity.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing finance team.
