As an M&A Associate at ZT Corporate, you will play a pivotal role in the identification, analysis, and execution of investment opportunities in multiple industries. You'll work closely with an experienced team, harnessing your analytical skills to evaluate potential investments, manage due diligence processes, and actively participate in our portfolio companies' post-acquisition management and monitoring. Responsibilities
Analyze investment and buyout opportunities across multiple industries
Develop and maintain detailed financial models
Conduct due diligence and assist in the management of legal, financial, and third-party advisors on process management, structuring, and negotiations
Draft investment committee presentations highlighting key deal attributes and risks
Actively monitor and support portfolio companies
Maintain M&A pipeline and assist with ad hoc strategic analysis, financing, and business development
Qualifications
2 - 4 years of M&A experience in investment banking, in-house corporate development, or private equity
Undergraduate degree from a top tier institution
Strong financial and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to thrive in a small team environment and handle a wide range of responsibilities
