We have partnered with a seed-stage startup in Austin, TX, who is looking for a founding Full Stack Engineer to lead the development and productionization of their MVP. With recent funding, they are looking to solve B2B payment problems by leveraging AI in the logistics industry. This is a chance to work on greenfield projects, leading from the front with full autonomy on technical direction/input. Growth mindset and self-starters are going to be a great fit here.
This opportunity offers a base salary range of $140k-$170k, based on experience. Offering equity, unlimited PTO and great insurance benefits, this will be an on-site position in downtown Austin.
Ideal candidates will have the following experience:
- 4+ years in Backend Engineering using: Python, Go or Java
- Strong grasp on data ingestion concepts, ETL pipelines
- Expertise with SQL databases like Postgres and optimizing data storage and retrieval
- Self-starter attitude, someone who thrives in high-autonomy environments
- Experience with React and Javascript
