Overview

This Finance Manager role in Revenue & Commercial Management offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing strategic leadership and problem-solving within the Client Finance function. The position involves close collaboration with Finance Leadership, senior executives, and key stakeholders to drive profitable business growth and success. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing pricing, rates, and partnerships with clients to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Additionally, the role requires the development and implementation of scalable procedures, strategic problem-solving, and fostering business partnerships to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the process of implementing client rates, optimizing long-term relationships and profitability. This includes communicating with and negotiating rates with clients, understanding non-standard rate agreements, and ensuring accurate integration of rates into client systems.
  • Establish a Center of Excellence for rate negotiations, providing a comprehensive understanding of all client agreements.
  • Support the Client Finance team with the rollout of data analytics initiatives.
  • Contribute to special projects focused on automation, scalability, and quality to drive next-generation performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including prior management experience.
  • Ideal candidates will have 7-15 years of experience, particularly in negotiation, financial modeling, and senior stakeholder communication.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to deliver creative solutions.
  • Advanced analytical skills to design and update financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and project profitability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Familiarity with financial systems software (e.g., 3E, Power BI Dashboards) is a plus.
  • Experience in Legal Services and Health Care industries preferred, but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive and implement change through effective communication.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Inclusive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions
