ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Creative Production Manager position is an essential component of the Bee Street team, working with the Founder to bring creative mailer ideas to life and oversee production. Bee Street is in a period of growth, which means there is a lot happening all the time and we move at a very fast pace. We are looking for someone who can jump in with both feet and contribute to our growth and success.
THE POSITION
? Align with client brand aesthetics and goals to develop mailer creative strategy that communicates brand message
? Develop strong conceptual creative ideas for mailing proposals and present to clients via designed decks and in meetings
? Serve as point person and key liaison with vendors for production, printing, and other resources we use to bring our mailings to life (this includes research to find the right quality and pricing)
? Develop, refine, and produce client creative assets such as printed pieces, collateral, name tags, etc.
? Develop and track budgets for clients/projects
? Manage creative development and production schedules
? Update Bee Street materials including website (Squarespace platform), decks, templates, etc. to ensure everything reflects current brand ethos and assets
? Create client recap videos to use for case studies and business development materials
YOUR EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE
? You know how to recognize and communicate brand ideals and aesthetics from many different types of brands, and you know what performs well
? Strong design and photography skills
? Experience in directing design work, both physical and digital
? Understanding of and hands-on experience with fabrication processes for mailer assets (custom box design, digital elements, packaging)
? Experience collaborating with and liaising with vendors, production teams, and clients
? Ability to present creative work in a clear, compelling, professional manner to clients
? Capable of utilizing Adobe Suite when necessary, proficiency not required (willing to research how to accomplish a task if needed is a plus!)

REQUIRED
? Minimum two years of experience doing creative work in a business/professional setting or in a similar role
? Must be able to commute to the West Hollywood office 3x a week
