We are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Recruiting team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to attract and select top-tier talent for our organization.
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for open positions. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' suitability for further consideration.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Communicate interview details and gather feedback from interviewers.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Respond promptly to inquiries, provide updates on application status, and deliver rejection notifications professionally and courteously.
Utilize our HRIS to track candidate progress, maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, and generate reports on recruitment metrics as needed.
Assist in identifying and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. This may involve utilizing online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other recruitment channels.
Ability to occasionally travel to attend networking and career fairs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate records and correspondence.
Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS/ATS.
