Responsibilities





  • This role ensures that all departments, including the front office, F&B, housekeeping, enngineering, and laundry facility operate efficiently and guest-centric while meeting the properties standards and goals

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent guest service and resolving any issues

  • Manage and coordinate hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

  • Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations




Qualifications





  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years management experience in a full service hotel in rooms division or related discipline

  • Time management and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage and lead each department in accordance with employment and Innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction

  • Prior cash handling experience necessary

  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members

  • Read, write and speak English fluently
