Job Summary | The GME executive support role will oversee GME Associate Dean’s calendar and assist with 3-6 GME Assistant Dean calendars, coordinate with departmental, COM and UKHC leadership offices to meet institutional and GME requirements. In addition, this position will support GME Office with meeting logistics, front office phone, mail and other administrative tasks. This position is responsible for coordinating GME leadership and GME staff travel for educational conferences. Financial responsibilities will include ProCard, covering office and travel expenses. Maintain resident call-room supplies and submit necessary work orders to keep rooms operational. Assist with annual resident orientation planning and preparations. Support GME Director and GME Assistant Director as needed. |
