Job Description:

Harnish Group Inc. is the Caterpillar Dealer in central and western Washington, central and eastern Montana, northwestern Wyoming, northwestern North Dakota and the state of Alaska. Our Member Companies are N C Machinery, N C The Cat Rental Store, N C Power Systems, Tractor & Equipment Co., The Cat Rental Store, and SiTech, representing Caterpillar, and other manufacturers. Responsibilities:


  • Effectively coordinate client events, shows, and promotions.

  • Marketing supplies and inventory management.

  • Support branch marketing initiatives as needed.

  • Managing local sporting event attendance and entertainment.

  • And other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • 2 years minimum experience in event coordination and marketing a plus.

  • Eligible candidates will need high competency with Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated, have attention to detail and be results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, have attention to detail, works well under pressure in a busy environment that requires multitasking daily to meet deadlines.
