The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for an Maintenance Coordinator to join the Ho'olei Team!
Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various - must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

What will I be doing?
Provide leadership and support for all maintenance projects and daily tasks at Ho'olei. Organize preventative maintenance, vendor schedules, warranty requests, emergency repairs, and guest requests. Follow up as needed, bill back costs to vendors, 3 rd parties and owners accordingly and remain in constant contact with all parties involved.
Vendor scheduling and billing for preventive maintenance monthly, quarterly and annual projects
Emergency repair follow up, billing and communication to all teams and owner
Tracks and follows-up on all guest requests to ensure timely completion. Inputs information into Maintenance tracking system, charges Ho`olei owner accounts in condo management system and follows up with vendor and guest as needed.
Inspect every home every 6 months and immediately prior to an Owner's or VIP arrival
Greets internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner. Announces visitors and/or handles requests, as appropriate.
Proactively communicate to owners regarding the status of their small and large appliances, maintenance projects and/or follow ups needed.
Maintain a database of preferred vendors for villa projects.
Maintain inventory for guest request items and routinely needed engineering parts

Pay Rate: The hourly rate is $27.85 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
