Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Consumer, Small & Business Banking, as part Branch Systems & Transformation team. The Lead Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for managing and maintaining roadmaps of the Branch and ATM applications in sub product Financial Device Management and ATM Transaction Management, acting as liaison between Business stakeholders and Technology partners, analyzing and prioritizing business requirements, seeking for effective solution approach to meet business needs and delivering quality products in timely manner. In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of solid SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies experience
  • Experience creating and maintaining business requirements and user stories in JIRA, engage and understand EIT development model
  • Experience acting as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be resolved with automated systems.
  • Experience providing technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
  • Experience acting as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
  • Previous Branch ATM channel experience
  • Previous Branch or ATM technology experience
  • Branch or ATM Analytics experience
  • SAFe (scale agile framework) experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced Confluence skills
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
