Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated User Experience Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on enhancing user experience across the mobile app space.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user experience design and strategy
  
• Break down business problems and collaborate with partners in solution delivery
  
• Deliver clear design directions, considering the full lens of the user journey
  
• Work within an Agile/Product environment
  
• Collaborate with UX Research and UX Writing to deliver comprehensive projects
  
  

The ideal candidate will have a foundational design background, with a focus on human-centered design. They will be a proactive communicator and collaborator, able to facilitate working sessions within the team. A well-crafted portfolio demonstrating a clear storyline of their design process, from initial business objectives to final solution, is essential.


Required Skills and Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in user experience design and strategy
  
• Experience working in an Agile/Product environment
  
• Proven ability to operate independently
  
• Experience with UX Research and UX Writing
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and After Effects
  
• Experience in interaction design
  
• Experience in specialty retail
