Job Description:

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, customer service driven individual to fill an open Customer Service Specialist (Dispatcher) position at our Dispatch Center located just northeast of Plainview.
As a Customer Service Specialist, in a team atmosphere, you will work with customers; schedule, dispatch and communicate with bus operators to help people of all ages and abilities get safely to places in and around their communities such as school, work or clinic; and complete documentation and other administrative responsibilities. Ideal candidate will have previous customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center. This full-time position is 40 hour per week. Schedule is Monday-Friday (9:45am-6:15pm), with rotating Saturdays (7:30am-4:00pm). Starting pay is $19.15/hour.
Hiawathaland Transportation is administered by Three Rivers Community Action, Inc., a non-profit agency providing economic opportunities that strengthen individuals, families and communities in southeastern Minnesota.
