Description: Our client is currently seeking a Field Marketing Events Manager


Start Date: 10/14/2024 End Date: 04/18/2025 (extendible and convertible)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle event strategy, including logistics, attendee engagement, booth optimization, budget management, post-event reporting, and more for key business initiatives like partner events and trade shows.
  
  


• Establish and lead best practices for field marketing events, including selection, prioritization, management, and execution.
  
  


• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify and explore potential channel partnerships to drive new customer acquisition and revenue.
  
  


• Build strong relationships with Channel Partners through consistent communication and on-site event professionalism.
  
  


• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance event experiences, meet product marketing goals, and deliver outstanding attendee experiences.
  
  


• Apply strong project management, documentation, analytics, and reporting skills.
  
  


• Work effectively within a small team environment while managing all field event responsibilities.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
  
  


• 3+ years of experience in building, executing, and scaling field marketing events from concept to completion.
  
  


• Passion for the event marketing space with the ability to articulate emerging trends and provide thought leadership on field marketing tactics.
  
  


• Strong attention to detail, exemplary project management skills, and solution-oriented.
  
  


• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  
  


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  

Travel Requirements:

• Ability to travel nationally, including weekends, to attend strategic events or spot-check vendor execution.
  
  


• Role involves up to 50% travel within the U.S.
