Contract: 6+ months (possible direct hire after 6 months)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
Location: On-site (Orange, CA)
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first line of contact for members and providers. The CSR will assist members and providers with questions related to the Medi-Cal programs. The CSR will resolve member inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively. The CSR will provide information regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits and services to eligible members and providers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ months customer service experience required.
- 3-6 months call center experience preferred.
- Ability to type 35 WPM preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Korean, Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.
