As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our company by managing incoming payments and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. **Job Overview:**As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting clients for payment, preparing bank deposits, sending out invoices, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of all accounts receivable transactions.**Responsibilities:**- Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices- Prepare and send out invoices to clients- Process incoming payments and prepare bank deposits- Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies- Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records- Assist in month-end closing activities- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders**Requirements:**- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively- Knowledge of basic accounting principles- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferredThis is a full-time position based at our location.
