Position: Front Desk Employee
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
Manage guest accounts, including billing and payments.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Process check-outs and handle cash or credit transactions.
Ensure guest privacy and adhere to confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
