Overview

The Onboarding Process Integrity Lead supports the training of team members in file processing to meet DOT regulations and internal hiring guidelines. They will also provide recurrent training as the guidelines and regulations are updated to ensure clarity across team members within enterprise. They will also be responsible for ensuring the Tenstreet and medical provider systems are consistent and working efficiently by auditing monthly, communicating with vendors, and mapping for implementation any changes across all DOTs.



Responsibilities

· Responsible for monitoring and documenting progress of new team members according to internal processes.

· Conduct periodic audits to ensure all processes are compliant with DOT and company standards.

· Identify gaps or non-compliance issues in processes and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and improvements.

· Provide regular reports to senior management on audit findings, process improvements, and compliance status.

· Partner with recruiting, ops, onboarding and orientation leadership to ensure only qualified drivers are hired in a timely manner.

· Report progress and any issues related to current orientation class to supervisor and manager.

· Oversight of training employees

· Oversight of vendor systems used throughout the onboarding area.

· Must adhere to all FMCSR requirements as well as company policies set forth.



Qualifications

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools

· Strong communication skills

· ability to handle multiple task and projects at one time.

· Working knowledge of Tenstreet

· Strong understanding of FMCSA guidelines

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field required. 1 year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of education required.

· At least 1 year of previous training or learning development experience required.

· Previous transportation industry experience required.

Covenant’s compensation philosophy’s intent is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility/accountability, and longevity with the company. The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.

Pay Range:$45,007.59-$69,574.81
Pay Grade: 7
